OnlyFans & OFM glossary

Agencies speak in acronyms. Below is the vocabulary Laurent uses — so on a strategy call you understand the terms and do not buy “magic” instead of process.

Why models need this

Without shared language it is hard to judge an offer: “we will raise ARPU” means little if you do not know whether via Messages or subs. After the glossary, open calculators and cases — terms become numbers.

Dictionary

PPV (Pay-Per-View)
A paid message or media unlock separate from the subscription.
Unlock rate
Share of fans who paid to open a PPV. Core chat quality metric.
Whale
A fan whose spend far exceeds average. Needs a separate segment and attention.
Rebill
Subscription auto-renewal. Drives MRR stability.
ARPU
Average revenue per user over a period.
Chatter / chat operator
Operator who chats as the model within scripts and boundaries.
Voice matching
Matching chat tone to the model’s style so fans do not feel a script.
OFM
OnlyFans Management — running creator accounts (chat, traffic, ops).
DMCA
Legal notice to remove stolen content. We do not sell a standalone DMCA product page — see FAQ/confidentiality.
Niche
A focused content/audience specialization. Raises willingness to pay and simplifies marketing.
Privacy-first
Growth with limited facial recognition (often X/Reddit + chat).
Cross-promo
Mutual promotion between models/channels to accelerate traffic.
Bio link / funnel
Path: view → profile → bio link → page/chat.
Customs
Custom content orders from fans — high ticket, needs boundaries.
LTV
Lifetime value — what a fan spends over time, not only week one.
Gross / Net
Gross before platform cut; net after ~20% OnlyFans fee.
Shift coverage
Day/night manager shifts so the page is not offline.
3/3 schedule
Laurent schedule: 3 on / 3 off — avoids team burnout.
Content plan
Calendar and rubrics. Does not mean the agency shoots for you (unless Full Management).
Mass message
Broadcast to a list segment. Needs offer and cadence or it becomes ignore/ban fuel.
