How it works

  1. 01

    Chat audit

Reply speed, night gaps, tip/PPV conversion.

  2. 02

    Shifts & onboarding

Assign 4 managers, lock tone and boundaries.

  3. 03

    Daily ops

Humans chat; AI only accelerates preparation.

In Case 1, Messages produced $116,255.29 of $143,336.44 gross — about 81% of revenue. That is why chatting is a standalone package.

Why a chat-only package exists

On most accounts the real revenue is Messages — tips, PPV, customs, and retention — not the subscription itself. Across our portfolio of 140+ models we see the same pattern: if replies come in waves, nights go dead, or tone drifts between shifts, traffic burns into cheap subs with no net profit. The model invests in ads and content, yet the revenue leaks because a fan wrote "hey" and got no reply for two hours.

Chatting installs coverage: 4 managers per account, 12-hour shifts, a 3/3 rotation. AI assistants may suggest drafts — but the on-shift human always sends, following the model's tone guide. This is not a "bot with templates" but a live funnel: greeting → rapport → offer → close. Every manager completes Laurent's internal training before their first shift, and old-chat review during the first days locks in the model's style and vocabulary.

What we measure after start

The first metric we track is response time: average reply latency on new messages and overnight gaps. Next — Messages share of gross revenue, unlock rate for tip-menu and PPV, custom conversion, and, most importantly, repeat purchases: how many fans buy twice or more within 30 days. These metrics feed a weekly dashboard the model sees every Monday.

In Case 1 Messages accounted for roughly 81 % of gross ($116K of $143K over the period) — that is why chat is a foundation, not a "posting bonus." Chatting is the first lever we recommend to models who already have working traffic: you bring people in, we convert them into revenue. Playbook details — scripts, triggers, spend-tier segmentation — stay internal; we share only ramps and net figures publicly.

How a shift works from the inside

A shift starts with a handoff note: what is open in active conversations, who is waiting on customs, which PPV messages were sent and await unlock. The on-shift manager follows a live SOP: priority goes to active spenders, then new-fan greetings, then expired-fan re-engagement. Every conversation is tagged by spend tier (from free trial to whale), and the response is shaped per tier: different frequency, different offer mix.

We do not publish the full SOP, but we walk through the structure on a discovery call. Average shift closure — messages answered before end of shift — is an internal KPI we hold above 96 %. For the model that means: the fan does not wait until the next morning, and revenue does not "freeze" between shifts.

When Chatting alone is not enough

If almost nobody is reaching the profile, you need traffic first. Chat monetizes attention you already brought in, but it does not create attention from scratch. For models starting out or with fewer than 200 active subscribers, we recommend beginning with Social Growth or going straight to Full Management, where traffic and chat work together from day one.

Chatting also does not replace content planning: we do not shoot, edit, or post. If you need the full cycle — from production to analytics — look at Full Management. But if traffic already exists and revenue is leaking through slow chat, Chatting is the fastest way to lift net without changing your content. FAQ

How do Chatting, Social Growth and Full differ?

Chatting — Messages 24/7 when content and traffic already exist. Social Growth adds controlled X/Reddit growth + plan. Full — production, broader traffic and cross-promo. Each tier includes the previous. Details: Chatting, Social Growth, Full Management.

Is there a public price list?

No. Custom quote after apply + strategy call. In the full partnership the model keeps 20% of revenue; the agency covers team and promotion. Sketch economics in the commission calculator.

What stays with the model?

Shooting content (except production in Full), timely materials, and publicity boundaries. Marketing, chat, page setup and finance sit with Laurent inside the package. Full role list — on the About page.

What reply SLA do you target in Messages?

Goal: the page is almost never offline — 4 managers, 12h shifts, 3/3. Peak queues happen, but nights do not die like solo chat.

Does a bot send instead of a manager?

No. Drafts can be assisted — a manager checks tone, boundaries and meaning, then sends. Shift detail — how it works.

Is Chatting enough without traffic?

If you already have steady profile inflow — yes. If Messages are empty because audience is missing, look at Social Growth or Full.

How do you measure chat quality?

Reply speed, Messages share of revenue, tips/PPV unlock, retention after first buy. In Case 1 Messages were ~81% of gross — that is why the package stands alone.

Where do I compare DIY vs agency?
Is this bots?

No. AI assists managers, but a person reviews and sends every message.

Why 4 managers?

To cover day and night without burnout: 3 on / 3 off, 12-hour shifts.
